Musikhuset Aarhus

Scandinavia's largest concert hall complex, a blocky concrete structure that opened in 1982 and expanded in 2007. Six halls accommodate everything from symphony orchestras to experimental theater. The main hall seats around 1,600. Programming leans toward classical music but branches into jazz, opera, and international touring acts. Check the schedule online, since random visits rarely coincide with open doors.
