La Cabra Coffee Roasters

The original La Cabra café in the Latin Quarter, opened in 2012 before the roastery and bakery split into separate locations. The space on Graven gets direct sun and stays busy with laptop workers until closing. Coffee comes from their Nordic light-roast approach, fruity, acidic, and divisive among drinkers who prefer darker roasts. Espresso drinks run 40-55 DKK. Pastries arrive daily from their bakery down the street. No electrical outlets, intentionally.
