Jumbo Bakery

A bakery founded by five bakers in 2018, running production overnight from their Sydhavnen location. The menu rotates seasonally, expect sourdough variations, cardamom buns, and whatever fruit is available. The original café includes seating and the smell of active ovens. The Ankersgade branch is smaller, receiving daily deliveries. Both locations sell out of popular items by early afternoon. Prices match the artisan quality. Coffee comes from Copenhagen roasters.
