Aarhus took its time getting proper ramen, and Gaijin helped fix that when it arrived in 2020. This basement spot on M.P. Bruuns Gade, a later addition, serves deep, fatty bowls under colorful Japanese murals. Come hungry, slurp, leave. It isn't a place for lingering. The broth is the point.
