Cirkuskroen

A dive bar where 1,300 clown figurines stare from every surface, the ceiling, the bar, the window sills, the bathroom. The owner started collecting them in the 1980s and never stopped. Beer selection includes standard Danish lagers on tap and little else. The crowd skews older and local. Opens at 11 AM, closes when the last customer leaves. Prices are reasonable; atmosphere is unforgettable in an unsettling way.
